About Us
Armazéns do Chiado is located in one of the most emblematic areas of Lisbon and is currently a stopping point for millions of people!
Located in the heart of the Historic District, this project represents more than just a shopping center, it represents resilience, dedication and innovation. Armazéns do Chiado emerged from the recovery of one of the city’s most famous shops, devastated by the 1988 fire.
After the challenge of rebuilding and restoring elegance to Chiado, Armazéns do Chiado took on the commitment to revitalize Lisbon’s downtown and the Chiado area itself, by becoming a shopping center that, in addition to offering shops and restaurants, is concerned with promoting culture and art.
The shopping center has 50 shops of prestigious brands such as Mango, Tommy Jeans and Starbucks. You’ll also find our amazing rooftop hotel.
More than just a shopping center, Armazéns do Chiado is a contemporary space where culture, history and shopping come together to provide a unique experience for all visitors.

FRALDARY
On Floor 6 you'll find a properly equipped toilet for the comfort of the little ones. Our facilities are modern and sanitised regularly.
HOTEL
At Armazéns do Chiado you can also find a hotel with a rooftop. Whether it's to enjoy our bar or to stay, you'll find all the comfort you need.
MULTIBANKS
Armazéns do Chiado have five ATM terminals spread over three floors.
STAIRLIFT PLATFORM
At the centre's main entrance, you'll find a platform for transporting people with reduced mobility and pushchairs. In the centre you'll find access lifts that allow you to move between floors and an adapted toilet.
WI-FI SYSTEM

WC
Armazéns do Chiado has two sets of toilets located next to the main door and on Floor 6. You can also find a toilet suitably equipped for visitors with reduced mobility and a family toilet equipped with a baby changing area on the 6th floor.
USB CHARGING ZONE
We have a USB charging area located on Floor 4 and at the Information Desk, as well as a powerbank hire tower that allows you to charge your mobile device whenever you need to.
