On Floor 6 you’ll find a properly equipped toilet for the comfort of the little ones. Our facilities are modern and sanitised regularly.

In the restaurant area you’ll find various car seats so that your baby can have a more comfortable and peaceful meal.
Breastfeeding Space
Located in the WC on the 6th floor, this space has been specially designed to provide mums with comfort and privacy while they breastfeed their baby.

Armazéns do Chiado has two sets of toilets located next to the main door and on Floor 6. You can also find a toilet suitably equipped for visitors with reduced mobility and a family toilet equipped with a baby changing area on the 6th floor.

The Shopping Lovers Gift Card is the ideal present, which can be used in all Armazéns do Chiado shops! Buy it at the Information Desk.

During your visit, take the opportunity to have your hair done! We have the Jean Louis David hairdresser and the 1920 Barber Shop at your disposal.

At Armazéns do Chiado you can also find a hotel with a rooftop. Whether it’s to enjoy our bar or to stay, you’ll find all the comfort you need.
Information Desk
The Information Desk is located next to the shopping centre’s main entrance. You can ask for all the help you need, every day from 10h00 to 23h00.
Prepaid Cards
We have 3 kiosks where you can buy your WTF, WOO and Lycamobile prepaid cards.
Stair lift platform
At the centre’s main entrance, you’ll find a platform for transporting people with reduced mobility and pushchairs. In the centre you’ll find access lifts that allow you to move between floors and an adapted toilet.
USB charging zone
We have a USB charging area located on Floor 4 and at the Information Desk, as well as a powerbank hire tower that allows you to charge your mobile device whenever you need to.
Wi-Fi system
